All the utilities available as you expect from a single-family home. Parking available for 2 to 3 cars outside the garage. The garage is not available for the guests.

The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

Living, dining, and kitchen are all open concept with a large covered, screened in porch and sun deck attached. Large fenced in yard has flowering bushes, mature trees and tall bird of paradise plants that look like banana trees. Everything you could possibly need in a functional home and kitchen.
