Located 5 minutes drive to the lovely seaside village of Blackrock and Castlebellingham. On arrival you will be welcomed with a basket of breakfast essentials and other goodies. Set in a quiet garden setting next door to the hosts. The newly refurbished barn conversion provides a light airy space with patios to the front and back. There is a fully fitted kitchen, lounge area, double bed, work space and a walk in shower. Guest have their own entrance,parking and outdoor seating areas.

Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. A very unique and enjoyable place to stay with a vast range of local & historical amenities at your disposal.

The granny flat is joined to our family home, a large 5 bedroomed house in the beautiful seaside village of Blackrock, Co Louth. We are less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants on the seafront of the village, from where there is a regular bus service in to Dundalk.

Dundalk is situated on the east coast, half way between Dublin and Belfast (80km) with a population of 35,000. Carlingford and the Mourne/Cooley mountain range only 38km away. My house is situated 5 mins from the town centre and 2 mins from Ice House Hill Park. It has just been renovated to a high standard and I love it! It has two double bedrooms, bathroom, open plan living space and back garden.
