Hello! The space is a private apartment including living, full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom spaces. There is a private entrance and free parking on the property. There is a pullout couch for extra sleeping capacity. The couch comfortably fits one but could squeeze two if needed. We are 30 minutes from both Lake Placid and Plattsburgh. 15 minutes from Whiteface Mountain. AuSable is a quiet town with a bar, pizza shop, grocery store, and gas station a short walk away.
