The sitting room area with comfortable couches, free to air TV and a large balcony completes the lower space. The ground floor level encompasses a parlour style seating area with open fire to the front, with views on to Market Street. There is a bathroom with WC, sink and shower and utility cupboard with washing machine and dryer. To the rear is the main sitting room, it too with its own decked area looking out over Clifden Harbour.The first floor has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This room is beautifully furnished and offers multi-channel TV. The top floor offers a very large bedroom with two double beds, sea views and multi-channel TV. On-street parking is available and parking charges apply at certain times of the day. A free public car park or free street parking is available a short distance away from the property. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. Our apartment is located on the second floor of our property. It has two en suite bedrooms ,one has a queen bed and the other has a double and a single beds.Both have harbour views. It also has a fully fitted kitchen/living/dining area with all the mod cons and free wifi and parking outside. It is a quiet and comfortable apartment. To access our apartment you have to walk the outside staircase at the back of our building.
