McGregor Manor Victorian Getaway

Welcome to our beautiful Victorian home located in the quaint town of McGregor, Iowa. Our 2,800 sq. ft. home was built during McGregor's early years as a Mississippi River boom town. Attractions include antiquing, biking, fishing, hunting, hiking and boating! We're a short drive from Pike's Peak, Effigy Mounds and Prairie du Chien. Redneck Guesthouse

We have a 1200 ft guesthouse located by 17 acres of woods. Two bedrooms, with private baths. Kitchen, living & dining areas. Patio & wire corn crib area for sipping morning coffee or evening beverages. A car port is available. We invite guests to use the bonfire area located "just around the corner" of machine shed, located on a cement pad with 10 chairs and a swing. Wood is provided. There are minature donkeys, pygmy goats and guinea fowl that live on the property to observe.

The Blue Jay Room is a cozy one bedroom apartment.

Enjoy a little cozy apartment in Downtown Monona. Located in an upstairs apartment above a historical building. This is not handicapped accessible as there are stairs to get to the unit. Off-street parking is available. Fully equipped for short or long term stays with a pull out futon bed in living room. Main bedroom has a full size bed. Bathroom has a tub/shower. The town does have a train that blows its horn a few times a day that you will notice. There is shared laundry unit in hallway.
