Auchriachan Farm sits just outside the Village of Tomintoul the Highest village in the Highlands, a family working farm. We glamped ourselves & decided this would be an ideal situation to set up our own Pods to give others the experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. Being in the Glenlivet Estate & also in the Cairngorm National Park there is lots to offer, walking, cycling, bird watching, skiing, also for STARGAZING & of course our National Scottish Drink "WHISKY" lots of Distilleries to Visit.

Cosy old cottage, close to Huntly train station

A quiet, end-terrace cottage in Huntly, off the main streets but in easy walking distance to the train station and town centre. The cosy living room is fitted with an efficient log burning stove, and you will find a basket of wood on your arrival. The kitchen is located at the back of the building with access to a small, enclosed garden perfect for a slow breakfast in the sun or an evening drink on the lawn. The bathroom is accessible via a stairways upstairs. We look forward to hosting you!

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. The Bothy

'The Bothy', a space to escape the bustle - set in private gardens and with scope to explore our meadow, small woodland and wildlife pond. The Bothy is laid out as studio style accomodation with a double bed, small kitchen area and a separate shower room, with porta potty style facilities! If you time your visit right (seasonal) guests are welcome to pick their own raspberries, blackcurrants, or apples. Other home-grown produce may be available. Bedding and towels provided.
