Features a fireplace, WiFi, and fully furnished. **Refunds will not being given if Guests cancels the remainder booked days during their stay. Cancelation period is a minimum of 5 days before check-in.

Perfect for two but can sleep up to four. No AC? Not a problem here! Our basement space stays cool and comfortable all throughout the hot and humid summer days of MN. We also have fans available and we constantly run a dehumidifier to circulate the air and keep away moisture.
