Stabl Y Felin - a unique, eco stable conversion

Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. With it's 4.5m ceilings, the stabl comes with an airy bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, sitting room with reclaimed kitchenette and breakfast bar, and a hayloft with a kingsize futon hidden on top for the brave. This old dairy milking parlour was converted into accommodation some years ago but has recently (2024) benefited from a complete makeover. The Dairy Shed is a self-contained converted barn with a wildflower roof. An 8 minute drive to the harbour town of Aberaeron, it is the perfect base to explore the stunning Cardigan Bay coastline. On your doorstep is plenty to see and do- the newly refurbished Ty Glyn hotel, bar and restaurant is a 10 minute walk away. Equally inviting is firing up the wood burner or sitting out with the fire pit on your own private deck to enjoy the uninterrupted views of the surrounding Aeron Valley.

The old railway track converted into a wide path from town towards Llanerachaeron, a National Trust property with restored mansion house and gardens. A lovely almost flat walk from here.

Cwt yr Hafod is a cosy shepherds hut positioned in field fenced off from farm animals, with far reaching views, private and peaceful with abundance of wildlife, buzzards, kites and at night, owl and bats. On a clear nights gaze at the stars from the hot tub. Underfloor heating, WC and shower. Outside lighting with seats ,and firepit. A place to explore Ceredigion Coastline (3 Miles). 10 min walk to Cross Inn village pub specializing in real ales beer garden, PO and well stocked shop.

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Ty Twt - neat and cosy - is part of Wildernest, a haven set in the coastal hills above the delightful Aeron Valley. Sleeping is in the croglofft, above the kitchen-living space, with the 2nd bedroom and the shower room at ground level; underfloor heating and log burner. It can sleep 4 but we say 3 people comfortably. Hence, there's no charge for a fourth person. If you need the second bed to be made up please enter 3 (or 4) guests.
