The apartment is located in a typical alley in the historic center of Perugia, a 3-minute walk from the main course. It is the ideal solution for those who want to spend holidays surrounded by the wonderful scenery of the medieval city. In the house you can immerse yourself in an elegant atmosphere to enjoy relaxing moments. Refined furnishings and attention to detail make for a comfortable and restful stay. The house consists of a large living room with adjoining kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom. The apartment is located near the station of the mini tube connecting the center to the outskirts of Perugia and the neighborhood is also accessible by several bus. In the nearby there are restaurants, bars, wine bars, parking fee and free.

E’ luminoso, silenzioso, in condominio signorile; e' composto da 4 vani e due bagni. Due bellissimi terrazzi si affacciano nella valle di Assisi. E’ esterno alla zona a traffico limitato. "IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
