We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

Ideal as a holiday base for exploring the local area or as short stopover en-route to and from the north. Dogs welcome enclosed garden and walks from the doorstep.

La'l Riggs is a former outbuilding we converted in 2025. Surrounded by fields and fells, it's an ideal base for exploring the many beautiful locations within easy reach, including the North Pennines National Landscape, the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. The Eden Valley is primarily walking country, and there's an excellent choice of routes in the area. The village is a 15 minute walk away, and has a bar/restaurant, two cafes and a chippy, as well as a shop for everyday groceries.

A large three bedroom, with a small single bedroom house in the quiet village of Church Brough, ideally situated to access the many great walking routes in the AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) on the sarounding Pennine fells and the Upper Eden Valley. Well behaved dogs welcome Belah Cottage is a terreced house, with thin walls either side. All guests need to be mindful of late night noise for the neighbours either side please.
