Άνετη αυλή με θέα στην παραλία που είναι μόλις στα 100 μέτρα.Διαθέτει δεύτερη κοινόχρηστη αυλη 200m με 2 μεγάλα δέντρα και κούνιες για τα παιδιά της γειτονιάς.
