Lakeside Annexe in hamlet next to the K&A canal

The Annexe is attached to our house which is on the edge of a small hamlet bordering the Kennet and Avon canal in the heart of the stunning Pewsey Vale. It overlooks our small private lake which is host to a variety of water birds including our beautiful pair of resident swans. We have some wonderful walks directly from the house which include two excellent village pubs. The location is ideal for trips to Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and London (fast train from Pewsey) plus many local attractions.

Situated in the quiet village of Bromham, the cabin offers guests a peaceful and relaxing stay in an idyllic situation well situated for Bowood House, Gardens & Spa, Avebury, Stonehenge, Silbury Hill and other historic sites. Devizes and Marlborough are a short drive away and Bath and Chippenham railway stations easily accessible. Ideal if you’re looking for some peace and quiet.

Rutters Garden Cabin

Cabin set in delightful rural Wiltshire. Great for a cosy weekend away, to work from, visit family or just to enjoy beautiful Wiltshire. Close to the house, but not overlooked. Set in our lovely garden on a quiet no through road, just outside of town. Well equipped kitchen and smart TV. Free off road parking. It takes about 20 min to walk into town. If you are into wild swimming or paddle boarding, we are 45 mins away from lake 32. We are unable to cater for infants, children or pets.

It is an ideal base for exploring Bath with its myriad of shops and culture, or for going out and about on the network of footpaths and cycle tracks, the Two Tunnels cycleway is 2 minutes away.

Welcome to 'The Joey Room', a cosy getaway in rural Wiltshire. The property is a self contained guest house with private toilet, shower facilities, mini fridge, heating and sofa bed. Outside you have a private patio area and undercover seating with access to a BBQ and hot tub as well as ample space to relax on a 6 seater rattan. Chittoe where we are based is a stones through away from Bowood House, 10 mins to Lacock, 15 min from Marlborough & 30 min drive to Bath. NO PETS

Carp fishing and chiminea hire available. Perfectly located for exploring the spectacular Cotswolds and National Walking Trails. Near to Bath, Bristol and a variety of local shops, restaurants, cafés and cosy pubs.

The Cabin

A rustic, secluded self contained Cabin beside a lake, set in the heart of rural Wiltshire. Take yourself back to nature and enjoy far reaching views in this peaceful off-grid setting. Enjoy stargazing around the fire pit and snuggle down in front of the log burner. We're veggies here so we ask that no meat is cooked on the premises, this includes inside the cabin itself as well as in the South Barn space. There is a good outdoor bbq for meat lovers though! Thank you.

Magical Pond House

The Pond House is in a little world of its own. Hidden among trees, on the edge of the mill pond, in spring it is surrounded by wild garlic and bluebells, in summer by bird song and the soft burbling of the Westbrook stream. Newly built to the highest environmental standards and using local wood, it is warm and exceedingly peaceful. It shares a private valley with the Enchanted Mill (16767255) and can be rented together or separately.

Located down an accessible unmade track, surrounded by fields and woodland, situated high above the Wye Valley, The Kites offers total peace and tranquillity, that includes an expansive 40 mile view towards the Black Mountains.

Open Plan Barn near Hungerford and Marlborough

The space is a sumptuous and comfy open plan barn adjacent to a Manor House set in 5 acres of garden. The barn is located near to popular Hungerford and renown Marlborough. A couple or single person could stay. No pets or babies allowed. They'll be a selection of cereals, bread, butter, jam and marmalade for you to have for breakfast.
