100 year old home. Very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food and coffee. The house is very bright with hardwood floors. The home has a washer and dryer in the basement. We will consider dogs on a case by case basis. (Please see Other details to note). The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals (no spices). WE DO NOT ALLOW LOCAL RESIDENCE AS THIS IS NOT TO BE USED FOR PARTIES OR ANY TYPE OF EVENTS OR LOCAL DAY USEAGE. THE HOME HAS OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS.

Our place is perfect for relaxation while enjoying breathtaking desert views. Our home can accommodate a family of seven or friends who don't mind being close. We have a fully stocked kitchen which is perfect for those on a budget or prefer home cooked meals. The home is located in Mountain Time. From Mar. to Oct. we observe Daylight Savings (one hour ahead (later) than Arizona (which does not observe Daylight Savings)). Time at this Utah home is the same as Colorado and New Mexico year round.

You will love our place for its prime location of MonumentValley (10 minute drive to the park) and being hosted by a local native family eager to share our culture and highlights of things to see n do in Monument Valley. Our hogan has a power outlet for lighting, charging devices, or to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea. Wifi is available, but not guaranteed-therefore not charged. This newly constructed eco friendly cabin is outfitted with the basic necessities one will need for a pleasant stay. All bedding, linens, comforter, bath towels are changed daily. The cabin is one of five nearly identical cabins at Z-Lazy-B guest ranch. It's usually a quiet retreat, but during hunting season the other cabins fill up. PLEASE NOTE: THE ALTITUDE IS NEARLY 8,000 FT. SOME GUESTS COMING FROM LOWER ALTITUDES (Near Sea Level) MIGHT EXPERIENCE ALTITUDE SICKNESS.
