Welcome to our beautiful retreat in the heart of Rural Sussex. This lovely self contained and fully equipped annexe is part of an 18th century barn conversion. Tucked away at the end of a private lane in the hamlet of Small Dole with uninterrupted views across the South Downs National Park, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. We're 30 minutes from Gatwick (parking and transport can be arranged) and Brighton, historic Arundel and glorious Goodwood are all within easy driving distance.

The Hayloft - Self contained studio flat

Self contained stylish first floor studio flat - open plan bed, living and kitchen, shower room, balcony and secure undercover parking in a secure gated drive. Located 6 miles east of Chichester and Goodwood - easy access to both; close to Arundel, the South Downs and perfectly situated to explore the beautiful countryside and beaches. Fontwell racecourse is easy walking distance. West Dean College is a short drive away. The studio is within the family garage complex opposite the main property.

A self-contained studio situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Felpham. Breakfast items are included, this space has a kitchenette equipped for simple meals (microwave and small fridge). Private entrance and off road parking. Situated 15 minutes walk from the coast and 10 minutes from local amenities. Converted in 2018, Grade II listed The Lodge at Bridge House is a boutique, self-contained, 2 storey accommodation in central Petersfield, a market town in the heart of the South Downs. Attached to our family home but with private entrance and off-street parking, The Lodge offers guests a stylish living/dining area, a comfortable galleried king bedroom upstairs and outdoor seating area. Located 0.4 miles away from the bustling market town of Petersfield. Free Wi-Fi and self check-in available.

Modern garden room studio opposite Priory Park just a short stroll into Chichester city centre. Ideally located for Chichester Cathedral, Chichester Festival Theatre (CFT), New Park Cinema, Pallant House Gallery and St. Richard's Hospital. Also well positioned for Goodwood, Chichester Marina, Bosham, Dell Quay and the Witterings. Guaranteed free parking for ONE vehicle is included in your stay, either on our driveway - small to medium-size - or on-street for larger vehicle (permit provided).

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

One bedroom self-catering holiday accommodation, in converted stables within the flint-walled courtyard of a charming Grade II listed 18th century farmhouse on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Across the road from Fontwell Park Racecourse and close to Goodwood, Chichester and Arundel. Within close walking distance of a Mini Waitrose and a pub with excellent food by the Fontwell Roundabout. 3 miles from Barnham station with taxis and frequent trains to Gatwick and London.

A self-contained, cosy loft studio with everything you need for a relaxed stay and stunning views to the South Downs. Fast Satellite Wifi, parking, deck area plus garden space with seating. Near to Liphook, Haslemere, Milland, Goodwood, Midhurst, Cowdray, West Wittering beach. Rural yet 3 mins by car from station, shops and a great pub. It’s a lovely place.

The Roost, self contained annex in Lodsworth

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

There is also a vineyard 10 mins walk away (West Ashling Estate), offering wine tours and a restaurant and bar

Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay and 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
