The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

The cabin has private access through our garden and we also provide free parking on our driveway.

Jubilee House is a luxury, light and stylish 3-bedroom house suitable for adults and children over 12, one minute's walk from the city walls and five minutes’ walk from Chichester's great shops, Festival Theatre, parks and restaurants.
