Hay Loft Flat

Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

This little stone barn is at the heart of the Peak District and combines contemporary style with oak beams. Completely self contained, it has an open-plan layout with one double bed, shower room, kitchen/lounge and all facilities. Doors open out onto a private walled patio, with outdoor furniture for relaxing in the summer. In a small village within easy reach of Buxton, Bakewell and Chatsworth. This semi detached cosy cottage in the quiet village of Taddington, is perfect for small families who would like to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Peak District National Park . Located mid way between Buxton and Bakewell, this cottage makes a perfect base for which to explore the two towns and surrounding areas. There are many excellent picturesque places to visit, from the doorstep, nearby Monsal Dale and the famous trail, Millers Dale and Chee Dale only a short walk away.

Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

Rose Cottage has been sympathetically restored to create a cosy and secluded cottage, in the pretty village of Chelmorton, with fabulous outdoor space. Located between Buxton and Bakewell and with a fantastic village pub within walking distance, this is a great countryside bolthole from which to explore the Peak District. Perfect for couples or families with small children, dog friendly and cycle friendly. We can accept 2 dogs and a fee of £30.00 per dog is payable.
