Canal access to Halls River & Homosassa River for flats boats or pontoon boats only. Must be able to lower bimini to go under Halls River Bridge. Property includes three kayaks and one canoe.

Paddle to 7 Sisters Springs & visit "The Crack". 2 docks-4 kayaks, 1 canoe w/paddles & life jackets. 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths. See "The Space" (below). Sleeps 5 in beds & up to 9 on 2 sofas, foldout futon, chairbed. Fast Wi-Fi & streamed TV. TV's in living room & both bedrms. 1 DVD player. Fully stocked kitchen: cookware, micro, drip coffee maker, toaster, etc. Central AC/heat. Clean & comfortable.

The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Chaz River Cottage

Beautiful fully remodeled 2023 Cottage for the whole family. Enjoy peaceful relaxing days on the Chasshowitzka River. 3 bed 2 full baths and 1 lower level powder room on a canal just off the head of the river. All photos are taken by us and guests no "stock photos". What you see actual experiences on the river. All Smart TV's for your enjoyment. Kayaks are included at your own risk. Plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. Comfy beds to get rested. Cold AC! Lots of wildlife! NO PARTIES, NO PETS!

Chassahowitzka/Homosassa Waterfront Home

Remodeled Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. There are two bedrooms, two baths, and a large lanai overlooking the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Pet must be approved before check-in.

Five year old, clean, nicely appointed, canal front log home on a quiet dead end street. Access to the Chassahowitzka River from private dock with kayaks for your use at own risk. Wooded, privacy fenced back yard and expansive deck with plenty of seating to enjoy the peaceful, natural surroundings. Just a short paddle or boat ride to Seven Sisters Springs and Maggie’s Crack. Very relaxing setting that is surprisingly close to restaurants and shopping. No smoking, parties, or pets.

1950's Florida cottage. This location is centrally located between Homosassa and Crystal River and is a convenient drive to visit Three Sister's Springs in Crystal River or enjoy dining or boating along the Homosassa River. This studio home offers one queen size bed, a pull-out sofa, and small kitchenette (Park Grill in backyard). The pull-out sofa would be comfortable for 1 adult or 2 children. Extra linens are provided. 2 holes of disc golf in the back

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
