Les Frênes - Ile de Malvy

Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre un jardin-forêt ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
