It is within walking distance to a lovely pub and other amenities to include a mini supermarket. It’s approximately a ten minute drive to the town centre, Pitsford reservoir is approximately a five minute drive away and the beautiful market town of Market Harborough is approximately twenty minutes drive away.

Stunning, newly renovated property surrounded by the historic Fawsley Estate. Fawsley Hall hotel is a short walk away. Crockwell Farm is 7 miles and Silverstone Circuit is just a 30 minute drive. Relax and enjoy your own private time in this spacious heritage cottage appointed with contemporary yet quirky decor. Divided from the main house, upstairs is a large dual aspect bedroom with cosy tv lounge area and kingsize bed. There’s a kitchenette with flexible workspace, and a separate small garden to enjoy. The bathroom is downstairs. IMPORTANTLY- as an old house, the head height over stairs is very low, and top stair is inset. This property may not be for you if you have mobility issues.

The Skyloft, Spratton - home away from home!

Accessed through its own outside door, the Skyloft offers light and spacious, heated first floor accommodation. As well as a comfortable double bedroom, it has a spacious living area with a kitchen area where guests can prepare their own breakfasts and microwave meals. It has 3 velux windows (with blackout blinds) which open and overlook the garden. Quiet village location close to the Kings Head pub which offers breakfast, lunch and fine dining. Local country walks, gardens and stately homes.

The Cottage is newly refurbished. It offers a blend of modern facilities with country charm and comfort for 2 people. The Cottage sits right next to our house with private parking outside the front door. Please note it is part of our property not a private space. We spend a lot of time tending our garden so are always around to help and offer information on the area. The village is well supplied with shops, pubs, restaurants and take aways. We are not set up for babies or children sadly.

Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.
