We just renovated, furnished, & decorated this amazing 150 sq. m. house on the 2nd floor in a boho style with relaxed colors and artistic paintings on the walls. It is located right across from the center of Chalkida in a quiet residential neighborhood and is fully equipped. This stylish, bright, and airy 150 sq. m house has verandas all around, 3 bedrooms, and a loft playroom/bedroom for 2 more people!

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary.
