This 400 year old home is tucked away down a small lane away from the main road and enjoys both privacy and tranquillity but with the convenience of being central. A luxuriously furnished and beautifully restored apartment in Gladesville House in the heart of Chagford, with shops, cafes and the wonders of Dartmoor - wild ponies, streams and ancient trees on its doorstep. William's Nest features high ceilings, wooden floors a stunning kitchen-diner and south-facing garden with sheltered seating with views to the moor. The 2nd bedroom features a sofa and a sofa bed with 14cm fully pocket sprung mattress. This allows the room to function also as a lounge.

It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).
