Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Guest reports 3/26: Regular nightcrawlers (not green) worked for sunfish and largemouth bass. Chicken liver caught catfish. The white bass were hitting artificial crank baits You will likely not see another person unless you go to nearby state parks or wineries or to town for antiquing. Canoe & gear provided!

Work remotely, go fishing, and finish each day watching the sunset from the ambient-lit hot tub. Blue Vista is a quiet retreat in a peaceful setting. With that in mind, we can not accommodate requests for those intending to host loud parties or crowds. Pet fee of $100 per booking. Dogs only please.

We ask that no more than 3 adults stay given space and septic constraints.
