A short walk from parking area. Shower house, bathrooms and pavilions close by. Just 12 miles from Ithaca, home of waterfalls, gorges and Cornell U and Ithaca C.

The Porch at Alchemized Acres

Nestled in the woods, The Porch is a peaceful, private retreat—a cozy canvas tent with two porches and an outdoor shower beneath the trees. Located on 5 acres shared with a family homestead, it’s surrounded by wildflowers, gardens, and a roadside farmstand out front. Enjoy optional add-ons like farm tours, U-pick harvest baskets, and photoshoots. Evenings glow under string lights with a fire pit and games. Overlooking the Susquehanna River, canoe/kayak access just a couple a minutes away.

Forest Stay - North Nest Camp

North Nest Camp is a private retreat tucked deep into 40 lush mountain acres, surrounded by forest and wildlife — yet just minutes from Cooperstown, Glimmerglass Lake, and Ommegang Brewery. This is the perfect place to unplug, and immerse yourself in nature. Wander the private hiking trails, sway in the hammock beneath the trees, or simply listen to the sounds of the forest. Your campsite is fully equipped, North Nest camp offers peaceful seclusion with easy access to everything.

Christmas Tree Farm Hideaway!

Come and Enjoy our 300 acre Christmas tree farm! Located at the top of our property overlooking the tree fields and woods and pond below.Enjoy Hiking, Boating and Fishing right on the property. All very Private!! Not far from town , brewery, wineries, Waterfalls and other wonderful places to enjoy. Enjoy viewing the Stars at night and sitting by a campfire and the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place.(An All Wheel Drive or Four Wheel Drive Vehicle is recommended)

Riverside screen house

Screenhouse on the side of the West Canada Creek. Please note this is a 1000 foot walk from your vehicle unless you have a 4wd or all wheel drive vehicle. Site includes a 10 ft by 10 ft screenhouse, picnic table, and outhouse, fire pit, 2 chairs, but no bed. Have 115 acres of farm to explore along the creek, swim in the creek, bring your kayak, tube down the river, or fish for trout in the creek. Please note the river can get busy in the summer on weekends with tubers.

Forestasaurus Glamping

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a large canvas bell tent with a real, full size bed. Tucked into the woods, just a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid (no electricity) which means excellent star gazing! Linens are provided. The site also has a fire pit with seating for relaxing. See “other details to note”

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

Red Creek Hideaway - A private glamping retreat

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Settled in a valley along Red Creek in Cooperstown NY, only 2.5 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame and Lake Otsego, we provide a special accommodation experience. It's like a private cabin in the woods (even though the cabin is a safari style tent). You'll also have private access to beautiful Red Creek for relaxation, exploration, swimming or fishing.

In the Oaks

"In the Oaks" is our first glamping site at the Green Heron, nestled among the oak trees. No set up is required, everything is ready for you! We have a queen size bed made up with cozy linens, lanterns, a deck with comfortable chairs, a picnic table and fire pit. There is no electricity on site. A composting outhouse is a short walk down a dirt road of around 200 yards.

Naturalists' Campfire Collective

Cozy comfort camping on our 5-acre Finger Lakes homestead, bordered by Enfield Creek and just minutes from famous waterfalls in all directions. This isn’t backcountry seclusion - you’ll share the land with our family, other guests, and our golden retriever and cats - but it’s a relaxed, welcoming home base close to Ithaca, wineries, and state parks.

Steady Slope Hermit Thrush (Fully Supported Site)

Immerse yourself in nature at our brand new Forested ledge site. Surrounded by trees, listen to the birds and enjoy a bonfire. Follow us on IG @steadyslope Please note we do not allow guests in the tent to check in after dark; while it is a short walk, giving a good orientation to the property in the dark is very difficult.
