You couldn't ask for a more centrally located home, close to great restaurants, and amazing beaches on both sides of the island. The home was just finished in May of 2023 and is ready to rent and enjoy. Our home has a full house generator if the power should go out and or caretakers are just a few minutes away.

Palmetto Point Lighthouse is a working lighthouse that is located on navigational charts of the Bahamas. The house is directly on the Atlantic Ocean and has commanding views throughout. A paved walkway leads from the lighthouse to an intermediate level patio followed by a staircase to the secluded beach. It's a spacious, well-appointed residence with a living area, dining area, three bedrooms, and two full baths. WiFi and a Smart TV plus a DVD player.

As the name suggests, Double Bay is made up of 2 bays along a 3-mile stretch of pink sand on the Atlantic side of the island. With limited public access and less than 20 homes in the immediate area, it is not uncommon to have the beach all to yourselves! Endless Summer offers one of the best sunrise vantage points.
