The property features a wet weather creek and reservoir that attracts turkeys, ducks, wild boar, and deer. Take a hike, a dip, then head to the brewery for some R&R... your perfect day awaits. All four bedrooms have 50" HDTV's and there is a 70" monster screen in the living room so if you want to stay inside and watch the game (DirectTV/NFL Sunday Ticket!) or get caught up on work (satellite internet), you're covered. In addition to having all the major pay-for movie channels like HBO and Showtime, we also have a great DVD library for the film buffs out there. Hanging out by the fire pit is a great way to cap off a day and don't forget to break out the s'mores. The house is outfitted with high end appliances across the board and even seasoned chefs will find themselves well equipped in our kitchen or at the helm of our state of the art grill. The home is filled with lots of interesting original artwork and the grounds surrounding are serene and picturesque. Located less than 30 minutes to downtown Austin, you get the best of both worlds. It's also near some popular swimming holes and wedding venues. We’re located about 35 minutes from downtown Austin and the Austin airport.

Enjoy a BBQ grill on the back deck. This home has a guest house behind it with separate parking and private entrance. Please know that this unit may be rented during your stay, if that is the case I will let you know. The sports court in the backyard is a shared space, but both the main and guest house have their own private sun decks and bbq. This spacious 7 room house sleeps 8 in 4 private bed rooms. It has a large kitchen, multiple living areas, a private yard, porches and has off street parking for 3 cars. The space is vibrant and reflects the east Austin vibe. 100% of linens are freshly laundered including duvet covers, blankets, sheets and towels. You have access to the entire home, porches & outdoor living area with BBQ grill and large screen porch. The backyard living area is shared with the guest house. The guest house studio apt can also be rented and sleeps 2 additional in one king bed, full bath, living room and full kitchen. You will personally be welcomed by either myself or one of my concierges, who will provide a quick tour, safety review and answer any questions. We are on call throughout your visit, should you need anything, just call. I have an 100% response time in less than 30 minutes, should you need anything, just ask! The house is in the hip and artsy residential neighborhood of East Austin. Many of Austin's best new restaurants and chefs are in this area. Walk to UT football games from the house. Juice bars, bars, restaurants, and music venues are close by. We have 3 major bus routes within 2 blocks of the house. You can easily bike to UT and the downtown area, buses have bike racks on the front of them, so if you get lazy, bike downtown and bus it home! we are 15-20 minutes from the airport. The is ample parking should you prefer to rent a car, but you don't need one with the walk/bike/bus/Uber options available! You are right in the city, yet in a residential neighborhood. This is a residential community, where we know and like our neighbors. Per Austin code, loud music and large gatherings are not appropriate for this area. Please be considerate of noise when entering or exiting the home, especially between the hours of 11 PM and 7 AM.
