Restaurant and bar within walking distance less than 1 mile, great food and nice people. Lots of wildlife whether you like to fish,hunt, hike, or just sit back and take in the nature; Right on the snowmobile trails! The lake has a shallow bottom ideal for kids to play nearshore. The home is pet friendly (inquire). Winter sports fans the Merrifield to Crosslake snowmobile trail is accessible from the property. We have a heated garage too! Paul Bunyan trail and the Cuyuna County Recreation Area are nearby. Near Brainerd, Nisswa, Crosby and Crosslake.

The studio has its own outside entrance in the front of the house which leads right into the space you will be staying. There are 2 long term renters, and another 2-bedroom Airbnb upstairs (Two Bedroom on Sixth). The backyard has one available space for guests to park. * Car noise possible in relation to being downtown on the main road.
