Spring is upon us here in the Lakes Region! Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away and vistas to enjoy the season are all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room for your boat and trailer as the summer season arrives! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. Moosilauke and enjoy stunning views, or hike Mt. Cube or Smarts Mountain for smaller fun family adventures.
