Relax in a private apartment with a sound view! This beautiful, new apartment features one bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, living room with sleeper sofa, and outdoor deck with table and chairs. Located near the point on Emerald Isle, so you can avoid traffic traveling down the island! Two bikes and two beach chairs are available for the short bike ride to the beach. Linens provided. Outdoor shower and designated parking spot. Owners on property in main house.

Along with enjoying the beach, remember to also take advantage of the community amenities. The community has two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool, tennis courts and a fitness center. Welcome to Sunshine Shack! This private, detached retro-inspired studio has all the good vibes & everything you need for your next beach vacation. 1 queen size bed, 1 full-size futon, & 1 bathroom to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. Conveniently located just 3 miles from the Emerald Isle beach bridge & less than 2 miles from historic downtown Swansboro. Many restaurants, breweries, shops, a farmer's market, family-friendly attractions, & grocery stores all within a 5 mile radius.

Small (Newport) House near the beach(No Smoking)

This was my tiny space that I decided to keep adding on to. Started as a tiny house but has grown a little bigger. It is 19 mins from Atlantic Beach and is about 7 mins from Walmart and other shopping centers. Bedroom tv has roku device while living room has Spectrum cable and also Roku on the tv. 2 living room chairs and 1 Twin Xl adjustable bed and 1 Twin bed in bedroom. Guest can use one side of the Driveway. Bedroom also has a small closet. House is beside our main residence.
