Relax with the Completely renovated waterfront home on DeRuyter Lake. The home is situated on the north peninsula of Crone Island between 50' of pristine waterfront & panoramic views on both sides of the property. This relaxing getaway will create lasting memories you will remember for a lifetime. The property features 2 docks (May 1st - Oct. 1st), two decks and amenities needed to enjoy your couples or family stay. The home has a master bedroom, two additional twin beds, and a pull out couch.

Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).
