Tastefully decorated, ideal for a couples retreat or families to enjoy time away in the charming town of Yarck. Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

This 100 year old workers cottage is all about bespoke interiors The walls and shelves filled with gorgeous art work, the home has specially sourced vintage pieces scattered everywhere, the beds are filled with luxurious linens and the lounge has a 3 seater couch you may never want to get up from. Centrally located, across the road from the South Melbourne Markets, walking distance to the Albert Park Lake and a quick tram trip to the CBD. Please note- no TV, so bring devices if needed.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Self contained, off grid cottage in the valley of a thousand hills. Perfect for couples, the cottage offers spectacular mountain views. The property features a courtyard with wood fired hot tub & private access. The strawbale cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, coffee pod machine, and 1 bathroom with a bidet and a shower. Tea, coffee, towels, robes, bed linen are provided.

Dandaloo Luxury Escape short drive to Yarra Valley

Dandaloo Luxury Escape is a self-contained 2-bedroom house set in the grounds of Dandaloo homestead, circa 1890s. It has been tastefully renovated and built to take in the ambiance of surrounding gardens and natural bush. Each morning of your stay you can begin the day by enjoying a leisurely breakfast on one of the 3 decks, using the quality provisions left for you in the fridge. Later you can relax in the outdoor bath on the back deck and maybe see kangaroos or king parrots.

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.
