Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

Stay at “The One More” were you’ll want to spend one more day on our beautiful sandy beach. 4 bed room 3 baths spectacular views of the water. Master features a king sized bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 &3 both have queen beds and share a jack and Jill bathroom. The Game room has a shuffleboard table, Connect four and many other games. 76’X14’ covered patio with mission lights and a propane BBQ. The launch is use at your own risk. The beach is shared with 3 other homes on the back lots.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful river home! Two bedroom with two full baths. This is my personal river home, this isn’t your normal Topock Rental. The furniture and bedroom set take comfort to the next level. Outside shower to rinse off after a day on the water. Local favorites Silver Dollar Bar & Grill, and Blondies Route 66 right around the corner. Topock 66 restaurant and Launch ramp/pool less then 10 min away.

950 square feet double wide manufactured home on 8,712 sq ft lot. 3 bedrooms(note 3 bedroom doesn't have a closet but master closet is a giant walk-in). The place is basic, but comfortable. Proximal to Colorado River. So quiet! Water view from front porch & Master Bedroom(only). Desert eternity! Bedding & towels for 6 people.
