Questa realtà rappresenta per quasi tutti i turisti parte della bellezza in cui vogliono tuffarsi visitando Napoli, ma naturalmente ognuno è diverso, ha una sua storia e proprie abitudini. Se provieni da zone molto tranquille e silenziose, sai di essere intollerante al caos, il tuo sonno è tanto leggero che anche il ticchettio di un orologio può rappresentare un problema, ti suggeriamo di optare per zone più residenziali fuori da centro come l'area del Vomero, Fuorigrotta o Posillipo. L'appartamento è posto al primo piano di un edificio la cui costruzione risale alla fine del 1400 d.c. Palazzo Tenore Cianci è oggi sottoposto a vincolo della Soprintendenza. Il restauro dell'appartamento ha recuperato una serie di elementi , quali travi e architravi in legno risalenti all'epoca di costruzione. La pavimentazione invece risulta essere in resina di cemento, giusta contrapposizione agli elementi architettonici originali. Lo spazio si disloca attraverso un grande open space nel quale si susseguono living, grande cucina e sala pranzo. Allo stesso livello sono presenti una camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone su Via San Gregorio Armeno, due bagni e la lavanderia. Al piano superiore, al quale si accede tramite una comoda scala si trovano altre due stanze da letto matrimoniali, di cui una provvista di letto alla francese (140x200). Entrambe si affacciano sul grande open space. Il Concrete Apartament è dotato di Wifi ultra veloce, televisore Sony led 50'' con libero accesso a Netflix. Immergiti nella vitalità della città antica grazie alla strategica posizione dell’appartamento, situato in via San Gregorio Armeno, e non dimenticare di acquistare uno dei preziosi presepi in vendita presso le numerose botteghe artigiane. Il Concrete Apartment è facilmente raggiungibile essendo in pieno centro della città. Dall'aeroporto di Capodichino parte ogni 25 minuti una navetta Alibus che ferma alla stazione dei treni di Piazza Garibaldi. Da qui si può raggiungere a piedi in 15 minuti l'appartamento, oppure si può prendere la linea 1 della metropolitana e scendere alla fermata Università che dista circa 10 minuti a piedi (la fermata Duomo è in fase di completamento). A circa 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la stazione della Circumvesuviana dalla quale partono i treni per i siti archeologici di Pompei ed Ercolano. A circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il porto da cui partono i traghetti e gli aliscafi per le isole di Ischia, Capri e Procida.

A full furnished apartment with everything you need, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine dishes. The terrace has a unique view, perfect for dinners and an aperitivo at sunset. Over looking on the small bay the east view and the west view overlooking on the mountains, if you're lucky you'll be able to see the Volcano Etna. I use to live on the same floor, in another apartment at the next door Archeological park is 10 min walk, the bus station and train station are 5 min walk, beach and historical sites in less then 10 min walk.
