Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with sunset views over Shavehead Lake. Enjoy the all-sports lake with our kayaks, canoe or paddle boat. You can bring your own boat to dock at the private pier. Two bedrooms on the main floor - one with a king bed and one with a queen. Washer and dryer are also on the main floor. The loft upstairs has three twin beds and a wonderful place to play games around the table or use as a workspace. Ping pong table and more room to play in the basement

The Empty Nest is awaiting guests who need some R&R, are in town for an event, or just need a change of scenery. We are 35 minutes from Notre Dame, 45 minutes to Warren Dunes, 15 minutes from IN State Line, and 20 minutes from Swiss Valley Ski Resort. The house is in close proximity to many all sport lakes, fishing lakes, snowmobile trails, public beach, and small town shops & restaurants. There are a few county parks near and a Casino within 15 minutes driving distance for extra entertainment!

Located within walking distance (about 200 feet) from Marion Magnolia Farms wedding venue. This listing is for the lower level of the home and has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. We look forward to hosting guest and are excited about our close proximity to the wedding venue. There is plenty of parking and photogenic areas for wedding pictures.
