The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

Potomac Cottage at Mattaponi Springs Golf Club

This charming 4 bedroom, 4 bath cottage features a great room with a kitchen and spacious entertainment area. The great room opens out to a fully covered large porch and outdoor seating area overlooking the 12th hole of The Golf Club at Mattaponi Springs. Comfortably sleeps up to 12: two bedrooms have a king bed and two bedrooms have pairs of queen beds. Each bedroom has its own luxury bathroom. There is a 6B/6b on property as well. Built in 2024, the York Cottage at Mattaponi Springs sits above the wedding venue and just next door to the golf course. Each king bedroom has its own private bathroom. The common area has a full kitchen and dining table. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, this is your refuge from the workweek. The Kalahari Lodge is located in Spotsylvania, VA just south of Fredericksburg. The 60+ acre property offers absolute privacy for your vacation get-away. Cozy, comfortable, and quiet walk-out basement apartment with convenient access to downtown Fredericksburg, local shopping, and VRE to DC. There is a private back entrance. Has a full kitchen with gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge, Keurig, pots and pans, silverware, and dishes available. Shared washer/dryer and outdoor patio space are available as well. The bedroom boasts comfortable queen size bed, dresser, and closet.

Pets welcome! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious efficiency apartment with a view of pristine woods and adorable chickens and ducks. Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all! Please note that we are not able to accommodate long-term rentals.

Welcome to Bunker Hill Farm est 1840 My quaint building is 538sq ft. It used to be the old detached kitchen situated behind my farmhouse from the 1840s. This historic building was converted into a guest house. Full Kitchen and Dinnete. Bath and Bedroom with Closet. This building is on an animal farm with goats, ducks , chickens, and a Miniature Donkey.
