With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

Inside, there is a lovely open concept living room ( with full size fold out bed), dining space with seats for 6, and stocked kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two twin beds. You will love the charming decor and a fabulous location on a quiet tree lined street that is walkable to grocery stores, the River walk, and restaurants. Please note there is a small studio behind the garage that is rented separately.

It is as close as you can get to the National Parks, while still staying in town close to the best restaurants. Carlsbad Caverns is only a 25-min drive and Guadalupe Mountain is only 40 min away. This a great spot to call home while you visit Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park, and other attractions. We are centrally located close to the best restaurants in town. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the dock right on the river. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan-May 31 maintenance cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
