With plenty of off road parking the 3 bedroom accommodation has ample space to relax with a large conservatory, living room with wood burner, sun room and kitchen/diner. The amazing garden even has its own wooded valley descending to the sea and direct access to the coastal path.

This unique, stylish and modern bungalow occupies a rare position adjacent to the inner harbour which can be glimpsed through its courtyard entrance. You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. There is a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, sitting room, and south facing patio garden. You have two off-road parking spaces with an EV charger. Swanpool Beach and the South West Coast Path are just an 8 min walk away. The famous 'Gylly' Beach and Falmouth are a further 15 mins along the coastal path.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Located midway between the towns of Penzance and Helston each approximately 7 miles away. Ideally located to explore Cornwall. There is a pub, fish and chip shop and Co- op a 5 minute walk away. We accept a maximum of 2 dogs. Sky TV and sport and TNT sport available.
