Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

This colourful cool Cape Woolamai beach house set in a very private large luscious garden is between a surf beach 2 min drive to the left and a safe swimming beach 2 mins walking to the right. The gp track , penguins and Cowes are a 10 minute drive away. Public bus around the island and to Melbourne is close by
