Perched on a gentle incline, the Writer’s Retreat feels private and tucked away among the trees. Just minutes’ drive from beaches and a short stroll to the charming center of Wellfleet. Unwind at our on-site SeaRose Spa, w/ a hot tub, saunas, & massage therapy (special guest rates) — part of our BnB property, which also includes two guest suites in the main house.

Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

This oasis is near the end of a private road and then down a long drive — with free guaranteed parking for 2+ cars! Amenities include: gas fireplace, fire table, FAST WIFI, central AC & heat, and an outdoor shower.

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Koselig embodies feelings of family, friends, warmth, love, coziness, contentment, and comfort. Couple/family fun all year in a charming, private Cape Cod cottage w/ screened in porch, patio & outdoor shower (in Nov/Dec/Jan becomes a Gingerbread cottage). Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below.
