Low tide exposes tide pools and sand bars to explore. Twenty-two steps down to the beach. Sometime in October we bring up the beach stairs due to the weather. They go back down in the spring. On the road, a short walk to a nature preserve, there is a path to the beach. This is a very peaceful and quiet location.

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Pond is great for swimming, boating and fishing. There are lots of mountain biking and walking trails from the cottage. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join. Dining and Cape beaches are close as well as Rail Trail.

The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach!
