Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Grosse Fenster ermöglichen es, auch im Studio das herrliche Panorama zu geniessen.
