Darfield: Homebush School Cottage

Homebush Cottage is part of the 120 yr. old former Homebush School, located on the Southern Scenic Route and close to popular Skifields, Lakes and amazing tourist destinations, thus making us the perfect stopover. The cottage is set on 3 acres including beautiful rambling gardens and tennis court. The accommodation is decorated in a comfortable cottage style suitable for a couple. We provide a self catering breakfast including free range eggs from Orpington hens so no need to worry about food !!

The cottage accomodation is totally private set in a beautiful garden setting in the grounds of the historic school house built in 1876. 20 minutes to Methven and 1 hour to Christchurch international Airport. There is NO Kitchen provided in the unit and there is no guest access to the swimming pool. We have a friendly golden retriever named 'Goldie.'
