Located directly on the beautiful beachfront of the wonderful, old quarter of Sitges, with full, spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, this stylish, comfortable studio apartment is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.

Grand & Cozy Loft with Indoor Patio in Sitges

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

Gracias al anterior habitante de la casa, un entrañable inglés, hemos podido hacer realidad nuestro proyecto: una antigua casa rehabilitada con encanto: una de las casas más antiguas de la población que hemos rehabilitado personalmente con mucho cariño y en la que hemos intentado mantener los elementos originales (vigas de madera, escalera, arco de piedra) sin perder nada de comodidad. Su color blanco invita a la tranquilidad y te recuerda lo cerca del mar que está.

Muy bien comunicada, rodeada de comercios, gimnasio, a 200m. de la piscina y de la parada de Bus que lleva al centro de Barcelona (tarda 40minutos). A 3 Km. de las playas de Sitges y a 5 Km. de las playas de Vilanova. Zona muy tranquila para pasear, ir en bicicleta o simplemente relajarse. Ideal para venir con famíla y con niños. Esta equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar.
