The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

E' conosciuta per essere la città natale di Leonardo da Vinci. Vinci dista solo 30 minuti da Firenze, 10 da Empoli e da Cerreto Guidi, 50 minuti da Lucca e un'ora da Siena.
