The apartment is attatched to the main house, but has its own entrance. The studio will provide guest with complete privacy The kitchen is equipped with a fully furnished setup; including pots, pan oven, fridge and more. Full size bed is provided. Bathroom will have towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer Othe amenities include a TV with Netflix, wifi, Alexa, window AC unit, parking right in front, and a quiet neighborhood. Great 5-bedroom home near Disney with quiet private pool area in a gated community, which is also near “Old Town” and other shopping centers. There is a Super Walmart within 3 Miles, 15 minutes from Kissimmee water park, 15 to 18 minutes from WDW and other attractions. Home is located next to a forest with plenty of privacy. Pool can be heated for a charge of $35.00 per day, a minimum of two nights, and gas BBQ grill is available for $65.00 per stay.

The mini kitchen has a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, microwave and a bread toaster. Please note the pool is shared with my family and another set of travelers. We offer our home to travelers only-we do not accept local reservations.
