L'alloggio è collocato all'interno di un parco privato dotato di parcheggio, videosorveglianza 24/24 e WiFi. L'appartamento è composto da cucina separata, camera da letto, bagno completo, soggiorno con TV e divano. Presenti lavatrice, wifi e aria condizionata. Vi è un'ulteriore doccia esterna ed ad uso esclusivo, situata nel giardino privato sul retro della casa. Il giardino è arredato con set da pranzo, solarium con sdraio e ombrellone.
