The Old Allotment is a new build with plenty of outside space and parking. It has a modern wet room and a fully fitted kitchen with oven and gas hob and fridge/freezer. The accommodation is fully insulated and has full central heating with a simple to use room thermostat. There is a smart tv in each of the two bedrooms and one in the living area. A lovely light and peaceful barn set in the countryside just outside the world heritage city of Bath. Fabulous views over the surrounding countryside. Plenty of wonderful walks through the Cam valley and beyond right from your front door. Two wonderful pubs within walking distance. The kitchen area is small with a fridge, kettle, toaster and single induction ring, so good for simple meals and breakfasts. Please note there is no dining area in the barn so meals have to be eaten on laps!
