A self-contained, single-level property that is close to Davidstow & Bodmin Moor and a short drive to Boscastle, Tintagel, Bude and Camelford. It is well placed for local walks and excursions. It is nestled in a rural and secluded spot but only a mile and a half from local amenities with walks out to the Moor, Davidstow Wood, Roughtor and Crowdy Reservoir as well as being just a short drive to the Coast and the villages of Port Isaac, Boscastle and Tintagel.

Granny cottage is very quaint and cosy yet has been done to a really nice quality standard and has only just been fully renovated for the coming season.
