Watershed - Lake Karapiro

Our house has an attached guest suite and is located two minutes walk from the lake and Don Rowlands centre, licenced Podium Cafe, boat ramp . You cannot get closer. We are 20 mins from Hobbiton, 25 mins to world famous Hamilton Gardens, 55 mins to Rotorua, and 40 min to Waitomo caves. A great 2-3 day round trip. The unit has two bedrooms with ensuites, its own lounge area and kitchenette . Room 1 has a King size bed and Room 2 two king singles. There is also a double sofabed.

Our Bed & Breakfast is a stone's throw from Lake Karapiro's water sports and rowing, with a 5 minute drive to nearby Cambridge town. A fully private 1 bedroom Annexe, while connected to the main house is fully independent so you can be assured of your privacy. Sofa bed for greater than 2 guests, if used for 2 guests an additional cost of $15 per night to cover laundering. Continental breakfast items provided to make breakfast when you are ready, whether this be early or later.

We are 5 minutes from Lake Karapiro, the Rowing Centre of New Zealand, and 15 minutes away from The Cycling Velodrome. 5 minute walk to the Polo field, and a 10 minute walk to the BMX track. Cambridge township is 5 minutes away by car and has loads of cafes and shops to browse.

We are on a 10 hectare lifestyle block, on the doorstep of Lake Karapiro which is only 7 minutes away. The space has its own private entrance and all the areas available are for your use only while you are staying. There is an electric frying pan, toasted sandwich maker, microwave, toaster and jug, also provided is milk, tea, coffee & juice.
