It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

Nestled in the hills of San Miguel and surrounded by oak trees, this tiny home is located on the Hogeland Family Ranch. It is tucked away in its own private corner of the 300+ acre ranch. This 400 sq ft, open floor plan tiny house is completely off-grid. It uses solar electricity and propane for heat. It is dog friendly (please no cats), and horse boarding is available. Hiking and trail rides are also available. If you like wine tasting, we are located very near the local wine trails.
