Wij verhuren niet aan groepen jongeren. Zwembad is geopend vanaf mei tm half september.

Welkom in onze vakantie Villa op een mooi Recreatiepark in Sint Maarten NH. Met een heerlijk verwarmd buiten zwembad, speeltuin, trampoline en een mooi Parkhuys met biljart. Op 15 min. rijden van het strand, zee en duinen. Het huisje heeft alles wat uw hartje begeert. Beneden is er een eet en zit gedeelte. Met een mooie luxe keuken. Buiten kunt u heerlijk ontspannen op het zonnige terras of loungehoek. De 1ste verdieping heeft 2 grote slaapkamers, een ruime badkamer, en een 2de aparte WC.

By bus it is 20 minutes from Central Station Amsterdam en by bike about 30 minutes to the city centre of Amsterdam. Also about 25 minutes to Volendam by car.... 3 free parking places in front of the house and also a gym in the gardenhouse. Oostzaan is a Nice small village with supermarket and grocery shops on walking distance.

De woonboerderij biedt royaal ruimte aan 10 gasten, in huis ervaar je een prettige sfeer, grote ramen met uitzicht op een mooie tuin. Buiten staat een houten eettafel, voor de kinderen is er een trampoline, het huis is kindvriendelijk Het huis bevindt zich op loopafstand van het centrum met winkels en restaurants. Het treinstation ligt op 1 km afstand. In een half uur bent u met de trein in Amsterdam. Binnen 20 minuten fiets u naar strand toe. Groepen jongeren onder de 20 zijn niet toegestaan.

A 5 minute walk will take you to the nearest bus stop. From here you can easily travel to, for example, Amsterdam.

Met uitzicht op de duinen en de bollenvelden, waar zomers de zwanen in de sloot langszwemmen. Wij komen hier al jaren graag met onze kinderen en verhuren ons huis zo af en toe. Je zult dan ook privé spullen aantreffen zoals een bolderkar, spelletjes, fietsen, body boards en veel boeken. Kom gerust genieten in ons fijne vakantiehuis.
